We collect limited health context (e.g., "mobility assistance needed") to match you with the right caregiver.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Matching: To match Clients with Caregivers based on location and needs.
  • Payments: To process secure payments and payouts.
  • Safety: To prevent fraud and ensure platform safety through background checks.
  • Public Reviews: Reviews you leave are public. However, posting private information (like addresses) in reviews is prohibited under our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data in the following instances:

With Other Users

Caregivers see Client location/needs. Clients see Caregiver profiles/reviews.

Service Providers

Payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) and ID verification APIs.

We utilize encryption (SSL) and secure database storage (Supabase RLS) to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
