Refund Policy
6Care Connect operates on a strict No-Refund Policy. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming payment, as all transactions for medical and care services are final.
1. General Policy: All Sales Final
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the Client.
This includes, but is not limited to bookings for:
- Nursing Care (RN/LPN)
- Physiotherapy or Specialized Therapy
- General Caregiving & Home Aid
- Any other medical service listed on the platform
🚫 Non-Refundable
By using 6Care, you acknowledge that payments reserve a Service Provider's time. When you book a medic, they decline other patients to prioritize you. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for services you choose not to use or cancel due to change of plans.
2. Exceptions: System Errors
We will issue a full refund only in the event of a verified technical error originating from the 6Care platform.
Qualifying System Errors include:
- Double Billing: You were charged twice for the same transaction ID.
- System Failure: A payment was processed, but the booking was never created in our database due to a server crash.
- Overcharging: The amount deducted exceeds the price displayed at checkout.
3. Service Not Rendered (Provider No-Show)
While we do not refund client cancellations, you are protected if the Healthcare Professional fails to fulfill their obligation.
Service Guarantee
If your booked Professional (Nurse, Medic, or Caregiver) does not arrive ("No-Show") or cancels on you, this is considered a failure of service delivery. In this specific case, the transaction will be voided, and funds will be returned to your wallet or payment method.
4. Requesting a Correction
If you have been affected by a System Error, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
Please email billing@6care.org with:
- Transaction ID / Receipt Number
- Date and Time of the error
- Screenshots of the error message (if applicable)
Refunds for verified system errors are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
